At Home Workout
Hey guys so I just posted this afternoon on my Instagram about my at home workout I did today. I first ran a mile (go out your own pace), then proceeded to do a circuit workout that involved a should/ab workout, another ab workout, side lunges, and battle ropes. I did this circuit workout 3 sets of 10 reps and 30 seconds with the battle ropes.
I get asked a lot of what I do for workouts so I wanted to start showing women who maybe don't have the time because they are dealing with school, work, children, etc. or don't have the funds to go to an expensive nice gym for equipment, so I want to show how it's affordable to be fit. These workouts can be in 10 minutes or you can push yourself to go four an hour if you'd like, but remember it's quality over quantity and be gentle on your body. Also don't think that I do these workouts everyday. I have a busy schedule as well and I'm lucky if I even am able to workout three to four times a week, so don't be so hard on yourself. Results will come if you put in the time and the effort but also enjoy the process.
Ultimately my goal is to promote healthy body images of women. I'm not a super stick skinny chick but I'm also not overweight as well. I want to focus on healthy body weights and to promote the "real" issues at hand that not everyone can be stick skinny. I actually love my curves and I also love the cakes and cookies that give me my curves cause I'm not giving it up either. Just remember that everything is a balance. If we keep life at a balance than we will be successful and happy.
